The project delivered by Foroige in Tipperary is seeking volunteers to share one to two hour per week for one year. Full training will be provided and Garda Vetting is required for this role.
The young people involved are aged 10-18 years and are from a variety of backgrounds, they would benefit from developing a friendship with a caring adult outside of their family.
Volunteers and young people are matched based on common interests/hobbies and complimentary personalities. Together, you can decide on the type of activities that you would like to do; go for coffee, play sport, do arts and crafts, play computer games, listen to music….have fun!
